A number of our workshops are also hosted at Peacock & Wild’s studio in Wigan — Carol’s home ground — so wherever we teach you, you’ll find the same warm welcome and the same commitment to sustainable, foam-free, British-grown design.

The flowers here could not be fresher. With 5 acres of land and around 3 acres of growing space, we are so lucky to be able to provide all the cut flowers for your floristry training, right here from Field Gate Flowers.

Our season begins in March, heralding the arrival of spring with a vibrant selection of tulips, ranunculus and narcissi. We continue to supply a diverse array of fresh blooms and foliage right through until December, ensuring we can feature stunning, seasonal flowers throughout the year.

We love to welcome students onto the farm and into our floral studio. Roz will welcome you into her home with open arms and you will receive a personal experience that no other floristry school can offer.

Some courses are also hosted at Peacock & Wild’s home studio in Wigan — Carol’s own beautiful design space in the north-west, perfect for the business-focused programmes. You’ll see the venue listed beside each course below.

Farm to Vase

Cut the day before. You’ll feel the difference.

The flower selection you’ll work with depends on the time of year and availability — bringing a true “Farm to Vase” experience to your floristry. The team will cut and condition your flowers the day before you work with them. Floral ingredients just don’t get any fresher than that — and you will notice the difference that makes for your floral creations.
